Tarkov is sealed off by UN and Russian military, supply chains are cut, communication with operational command is lost, and in these conditions everyone has to make his own choices of what to do and how to get out of the chaos-ridden metropolis.

One way to earn stars is by doing quests for Frosty and other quest givers. I'm sure there is a way (using extra Halmboks and Smorgasboards) to put pieced together and achieve the full boost, but I haven't bothered to try it out. The player will need stars to open presents - 10 stars for 1 present. With the set of 9, it is not possible to get the maximum boost for the set.
