If you're having these issues but not with these 2 specific games, try Googling your issue and the specific game to see if masses of other people are experiencing the same issues with the same game. If these issues occur for you specifically in either of these games and no other game, it is most likely because of the file system of those games and you just have to wait it out and there is likely no issue on your side.
